My approach is holistic and integrative. We don’t just manage symptoms; we heal the whole system. I combine evidence-based therapy (CBT, NLP, EMDR-informed trauma work, neuroscience-based interventions) with clinical hypnotherapy, somatic regulation tools, breathwork, attachment-focused work, and psychedelic-assisted therapy (where appropriate and legally available).
This work goes deeper than insight. We regulate your nervous system, gently reprocess trauma, shift subconscious beliefs, and restore a felt sense of safety inside your body. Clients often describe feeling lighter, more transparent, grounded, and emotionally free, allowing them to like themselves again.
