About
You want to feel like yourself again – maybe for the first time ever.
And you’re finally done pretending that “fine” is good enough.
Life keeps demanding more: more patience, more strength, more smiles, more juggling. But inside, you’re tapped out. You’re exhausted from holding it all together – relationships, grief, anxiety, expectations – and wondering when you get to be cared for. You’re craving clarity, peace, confidence, connection… but don’t know where to start.
This is where I come in.
What therapy with me is really like
Picture this: You walk into my office (or log on virtually). For the first time in a long time, no one is asking you to shrink, explain, or justify. You just get to be. That knot in your chest? We’ll get curious about it. The swirl of thoughts? We’ll slow them down together. Your nervous system will finally have a place to settle.
In the first few sessions, we lay the foundation. You’ll start to feel understood – not just by me, but by yourself. You’ll leave with small shifts that start creating big space in your day-to-day life. As we go deeper, we untangle old stories, repair emotional wounds, and rebuild your internal compass. You’ll learn to self-regulate, speak your truth, trust your body again, and create boundaries without guilt.
Over time, something beautiful happens: your shoulders drop. You breathe easier. You’re not second-guessing every decision. Relationships feel less like landmines. You stop reacting and start responding. You feel more like yourself.
My work bridges the gap between where you are and where you want to be. I combine clinical hypnotherapy, somatic trauma work, EFT, neuroscience, and years of lived and professional experience to help you heal – not just cope.
I’m not just here to listen. I’m here to help you transform.
If you’re navigating divorce, trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, heartbreak, or just the quiet ache of feeling lost in your own life, I offer tools, truth, and deep support to help you find your way home.

About Kristie Simmons, MFT
Let’s start with the good stuff: I’m the girl who always had a “vibe radar.” The one a friend came to for truth bombs, tough love, and a safe place to ugly cry. I’ve always been fascinated with what makes people tick – especially the parts they try to hide.
But life gave me more than textbooks ever could.
Years ago, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. My entire world cracked wide open. I had to face every fear, every unknown, and fight for my life – not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. That journey changed everything. It taught me what real healing demands: courage, surrender, and a fierce commitment to your inner world.
Now, 18 years cancer-free, I can say this with profound truth: the very techniques I teach in my practice – somatic tools, mindset work, hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation – are some of the same tools that helped save my life. I don’t just believe in this work. I’ve lived it.
My mission in life…
To help people return to themselves – braver, softer, and freer than they thought possible.
And this practice is how I do it. Every session, every client, is part of that mission. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter healing. I believe in genuine connection, deep work, and empowering people with tools that actually work.
